Is Your Cardiologist Killing You?

From Dan Yachter, DC’s web site, adapted by Dr. Eric –

If you are being treated with medication for: high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arrhythmias
(irregular heartbeat), congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy, coronary plaque, or take medications
as a result of a heart attack or stent, according to current medical science, you can do better!

 9 out of 10 recommendations by cardiologists are not supported by scientific evidence, but
rather by pharmaceutical affiliation.  (Journal of the American Medical Association, 301:831,2009)

 Two people die every minute of heart disease in the U.S. Half of them had no known risk factors
or high cholesterol, and half do not survive their first heart attack.

 89% of therapies recommended by physicians are based on rules and recipes made by the
“experts” who often don’t practice, but are financially linked to the pharmaceutical industry.
Do you understand the gravity of this?  It is why you shouldn’t trust anything your MD says… not
because he/she isn’t trust worthy, but because their knowledge is coming from untrustworthy sources!
(Journal of the American Medical Association, 287:612, 2002)

 85% of over one million yearly stents inserted annually in the U.S. are unnecessary. To quote
from the New England Journal of Medicine (356:5003, 2007), angioplasty or stent “did not
reduce the risk of death, heart attack or other cardiovascular events when added to optimal
medical therapy.” Over 4 out of 5 of the 1 million stents in the U.S. yearly were not needed
(850,000 patients yearly would have done as well or even better without a chicken‐wire mesh
that attracts clots within months and eventually requires replacement, as well as a lifetime of
side effect‐laden medications).

 For those who choose the new drug‐coated stents, there is an 18‐30% increased risk of death
between 6 months and 3 years versus non‐coated or bare‐metal.  What has your doctor been telling you to do?
And WHY???   (New England Journal of Medicine, 356:1009,2007).
 Over a decade ago, the Journal of the American Medical Association (273; 1995) showed that
nutrients arrest plaque progression, as did other journals like the journal Circulation (96; 1997).
And the statement “diet can reverse coronary heart disease,” is something NO MEDICINE can
claim (Journal of the American Medical Association, 280;1998), yet cardiologists are training in
none of this.

 Blood pressure medications like calcium channel blockers (also used for angina, arrhythmias,
heart failure) cause serious BRAIN SHRINKING and deteriorate the intellect, mimicking
Alzheimer’s, while diuretics and beta blockers cause the loss of minerals which can QUADRUPLE
the heart death rate, destroy the thyroid, lower vitamin B12 levels, and more.
Are you ready to find and fix the real underlying causes of your heart issues, and possibly live life drug
and surgery‐free? Then attend our Total Food Makeover Monday September 24th!  And why you need to be
here today at 11am!

Learn strategies that will restore and maintain your heart at its highest level of health! With the right

Dr. Josh Axe on Wednesday!

This was a last minute addition to our schedule, and we couldn’t be more excited about it!  Dr. Axe has been a leader in healthcare education for several years, with his passion for eating and living right, following the model, then teaching… he has produced thousands of blog posts, videos and one pinnacle cook book that has helped thousands!

Now, a leader in the Beyond Organic movement along with Jordan Rubin, Dr. Axe is traveling more and more as the demand for his education has grown.  We are fortunate to have him here, even if it is a Wednesday morning that many of you would say is “just not good”.  My response, make it good.

It is not everyday that you will get a chance to hear Dr. Axe speak, just like later in the month when Jordan Rubin is here, this is a privilege.  When you take the time to let yourself be open to hearing individuals that not only educate, but lead others into health, you go places.  Further and faster.  I lead you, Dr. Levi leads you… I know we inspire many of you, but trust me.  When you get a new, clear perspective, it all goes better.

So, the workshop will be approximately 40 minutes, and the topic will be “Organic Cleanse – Boosting Weight Loss and Energy”.  It is free, and it starts at 11AM.  SO THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT:

all adjusting will stop at 11AM.  You need to be here before 11AM on this Wednesday if you want to be adjusted (I am guessing 20 of you will come at 10:55, and only a couple of you will actually get adjusted, so don’t wait until then).  The good news, if you come to get adjusted because you forgot about this notification, you will get an awesome workshop instead!  And you probably need that more right now.

Dr. Axe is well known for his workshops and print education.  And like me, he believes that you need to have a black and white line against certain foods, and a strong motivation to choose wisely all the time.  Do you want to get a good understanding of these guidelines?  Start now on Wednesday, and then sign up for our Total Food Makeover, which launches as a 40 Day challenge starting on Monday night, September 24th at 6:45pm.

So don’t delay, sign up now for this Wednesday.  Send an email or stop at the front desk, and we’ll get you on the list today!

Hey, be blessed! – Dr. E

Do The AT!

Yes!  The Appalachian Trail.

This is a quick synopsis of the adventure I have planned for November 8-11th.  I am inviting those of you who are ready to do this, to join me and my crew.  We are going to head up to the AT on the 8th, and stay near the NC border.  On the AM of the 9th, we will being our attack on the GA portion of the trail.  Hiking the entire GA portion in three days.  This will be approximately 80 miles of hiking.

The plan for the group is to have some support crew, so if you want to join us, look for a crew member to either drive a car, or to be on call.  You never know when someone will need to drop out.  So the plan is, hike a marathon, camp and recover.  It might be that we have one base camp, and the support crew shuttles us back and forth to the camp from our finishing spot for the day, and then back in the AM to get cracking.  Regardless, we will be on the trail for the better part of three whole days.

Springer Mountain Approach – Our Finish

I originally had planned to run it all straight, and see if I could complete it in 36 hours (it is not paved like the photo above!)  But as the plan has been altered, I decided that I will carry everything I need, so even if we use a base camp, I will only eat what I carry, sleep with what I carry, and kill with what I carry (Bears, you never know).  This will add another dimension, and with the added mass, I purchased a new pack, capable of carrying the full load.  Pretty excited about that.

So what does it take for you to join us?  The ability to cover the distance, and some basic gear, and a desire to have fun with it no matter what.  Let me know, I hope you join!

Be well, – Dr. E

Emily Sue Updates

Emily’s Updates

Wednesday, September 5, 2012

Posted 6 hours ago

Tim had a great time visiting Emily over the long weekend. On Friday, everyone – doctors, nurses, OT, PT, case workers, etc. met with Tim & Emily regarding her recovery. It was a difficult and emotional meeting, to say the least.

Although Emily is making great strides at becoming more and more independent and becoming stronger, they believe that Emily has about a 1% chance of ever walking again. Shocking, right?! It seems, from their perspective, the best goal to pursue is giving Emily the tools she will need to live her life from a wheelchair. She’s learning to get in & out of the car, a normal bed, and get where she needs to go, etc.

1% seems pretty small, doesn’t it? When Tim told me they said that, it made me sick to my stomach. We’ve seen the term “paraplegic” on her medical records and that is shocking in and of itself. Emily herself is just beginning to grasp what it means and that she’s living it. Tim did follow up with the surgeon who performed her two spinal surgeries. He encouraged Tim that it takes 3-6 months at a minimum to make any real determinations. The more and more I thought about the 1%, the more excited I got as God brought a sweet memory to my mind.

Crazy statement, I know. But, I have a very real son who only had a 1% chance of being conceived. His name is Joshua and he is almost 6 years old now. After having our youngest daughter, Gabby, we were finished, so to speak. Three girls and one boy were just enough for us – and I didn’t make a great pregnant lady! However, in early 2006, I started feeling very tired and moody. I made Tim go to see a counselor with me – I seriously thought something was wrong! (Couldn’t hurt to have him tag along, right?!) After explaining my behaviors to the counselor, she asked me if I could be pregnant. “NO!” I exclaimed. I was very diligent in taking that little white pill each morning, so there was no way! After all, those pills are 99% effective!

The next morning, much to our surprise, we found out we were pregnant. Talk about an “unplanned” pregnancy. This was during one of the most difficult times we’d had and we certainly didn’t plan to have another baby. However, we both knew that God had given us a special gift – in spite of our attempt to do otherwise!

As I pondered the prognosis for Emily, I thought of my sweet Joshua. There was only a 1% chance we’d have another baby – and here he is. And, let me tell you, he is a precious gift. He came unplanned & at a time I would not have chosen – a very difficult time. And yet, my God, who knows me and loves me more than I can imagine, allowed him to come. He is the icing on the cake of our family.

So, honestly, I can say, bring on the 1%! It’s not much of a chance, but it is A chance! We will continue to ask God to completely heal Emily’s body so that she can walk again and give Him the glory for it!

Tim once again communicated our desire to have Emily moved to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta before she is discharged from RIC. The people at Shepherd told us that if she waits until she is discharged, she may be on a waiting list for out-patient rehab. We do not want that to happen. We are all also out of days off. Between school, work, & the family, our availability to be with Emily is more and more limited. She still has friends coming by to see her, which is wonderful! However, they are not able to be there consistently, nor should they have to be. For some reason, RIC doesn’t seem to be motivated to fax over the referral. This is a serious prayer request for us right now. The sooner we can get Emily back to Georgia, the more we will know how to help her and the more we can be with her physically. As I’ve mentioned before, Emily does not want to come back to Georgia, but she knows it is what she has to do for now. Continue to pray for her through this move.

Thank you again for your encouragement and prayers!
We love you and are so thankful for you!
Tina

PRs on an Empty Stomach

by Simon Nickerson

It’s the end of day two of my three day Suero Cleanse (does this sound familiar?) and I am not dead yet. While not a strict fast at all, I have not consumed anything other than Suero-Viv for about 47 hours, so the effects are similar. What am I learning as I starve… uh, cleanse, myself? Well I’m glad I asked.  If anyone has ever tried to get you to fast, cleanse, or detox you have heard “after two days I stopped being hungry,” or “you just have to get over the hump,” so I will skip those.  True to some extent, but at the same time those people are just delirious with hunger, and are thus, liars.

While working at my computer on day one I felt fatigued and hungry, nothing unusual, but then I realized that there was nothing to solve that problem. Normally I would go eat, not today though. So I was forced to find the energy and focus from somewhere else. I was forced to depend on my mind for those things and not an external source. I found myself irritable a few times as well, usually something I blame on hunger. Well, no room for that this time because the hunger was going to be there no matter what. Without hunger as a scapegoat it was really a small task to reel that sort of unreasonable behavior in.  Sweet, I like that.

Another thing that became incredibly apparent was how habitual eating has become. I eat fairly well these days, so it is not really a matter of craving food, but several times I opened the fridge or looked in the pantry before I realized that I had nothing to do in there.  Strange feeling.  Being committed to the cleanse I was surprised at where I ended up and it took some conscious thought to go back to work, talk about ingrained.  I also seem to have quite a bit of time on my hands, cooking and eating takes up a good chunk of my day, especially since training requires some serious intake to keep me going at full steam. We’re talking hours a day on just that. Hmm, maybe this isn’t so bad after all. While brief, at three days, I certainly won’t take for granted what I have learned. It is a strange and wonderful feeling to be unchained from something that is a necessity. Hunger dictates so much of our lives, we plan meals, change our schedule, and blame poor performance on it. Last night I tied my record for a 5 rep back squat (had 10lbs left in the tank too!) and went pretty close to a PR in Nancy. All while I was hungry enough to eat the chalk. No excuses, just perform. I like that too. I guess we can go ahead and take another excuse out of the hopper. Looks like we are down to one passable excuse for not doing what needs to be done now: I’m dead.

Should you do the Suero Cleanse? Sure, but let’s start with something a little easier and get after the Garage Nutrition Challenge first. 30 days of any of the approved diets, Maximized Living, Paleo, Whole 30, or The Zone. That’s 30 days with the full force of the Garage coaches and members behind you, armed with advice and support for this hugely beneficial undertaking. Sign up for a time to get your body fat tested and read up on what you will be fuelling your body with for the next month, September 10 to October 10. It’s time to take care of what God gave you. So, what are you going to learn in the next 30 days?

– Dr. Eric: Simon had some good insight in his post from The Garage site.  We start our Total Food Makeover on Monday September 24th, don’t miss it.  $49 is a steal, and you need the book no matter what, and the shopping experience.  Plain and simple!

Finishing a Cleanse

So now you have done a three day Suero Cleanse, and you want to know how to finish it?  Just jump off and eat like crazy because you are starving?  Nope.  Actually, the cool thing is that you wont be starving!  You’ll be pretty comfortable with your new found level of calories, and you might just keep on going like my wife did.  Or you might do a half day with some food, and half without (me), or you might just want to start eating again, but you’ll want to know how.

The fun is in testing your body over time, in different ways.  I like to think that I really know my body now, after the last fifteen years being a pretty serious health pursuit.  I have fasted for three days a half dozen times, went to five days once, and have done a dozen detoxification cycles.  In addition, you throw in the different physical responses from different 2 minute workouts, 30 hour adventure races, and everything in between, and I think I have a pretty good grasp on how I work (disclaimer – nobody really has a good grasp on this, why is biological science so interesting every year, because we realize we knew so little the year before).

This time, I used some historical wisdom for coming off the cleanse, and knew not to go back into carbohydrate rich foods right from the start, so I had three eggs.  I ate one, then waited 35 minutes, then had two with some spinach.  Within ten minutes my head was gently throbbing, but that faded within about five more.  One of those interesting facts about introducing food, when it was absent.  You always get some fun blood sugar changes.

Later in the day, I had a coconut milk based smoothie with blueberries and some vanilla protein powder.  No problem after that, it all felt good.  So when I came into the office, I was feeling pretty good, had eaten very little for the day, so figured a Suero was a good choice.  I opened up a Suero Gold (tastes pretty bad to most people, but I don’t mind) and I sipped it down slowly from 3:45pm til about 6:30 when I finished it.  Went into my Doctor’s Report, and BOOM!  My brain was not working quite the way I needed it too.

I stumbled over words, missed whole chunks (remember, I have given this same talk nearly 840 times), it was a disaster. At one point, I thought I might need to sit down.  So… what happened?  What happened was simple, the Suero Cleanse is not a carbohydrate free cleanse.  Actually, just the opposite.  The only fuel in the Suero Cleanse, is carbohydrate or fat stores from your body.  So when I went to the “protein” ease in, my body began to miss the carbohydrate it was used to.

I got home from the doc report around 9:40pm, and had some soup from Christophe’s Kitchen, good stuff, so then I added some of their Chicken Salad to a plate full of spinach.  Even better.  A little more spinach as an after thought, and I was all good.  So now, once again, I feel digestion.  Which leads me to this, one of the most wonderful effects of any GOOD cleanse.  Feeling NO digestion.

Into the second day of the cleanse, I got to that sweet spot, no fatigue, no hunger, no nothing.  Especially, no digestion.  When all gas movement, grumbling, gurgling, or anything else, completely go away.  It is like a whole new world.  I have always loved that sweet spot (I get it in the advanced diet as well – come on Total Food Makeover!), and absolutely love it.  You feel about 50 pounds lighter, even though you might not have lost any weight.  It is just that cool!

So, I know a TON of you have been doing the cleanse, or are doing it, or are starting new.  My best advice is come off of the cleanse slow, but consider using a bottle of Suero or two, each day for a couple days, to ease yourself back to normal life… or if normal life was bad, ease into a new normal!

Thanks, be well, be Blessed, and enjoy this Labor Day weekend!!  Dr. E

I am so hungry!

Day 2 of the Suero Cleanse, and I am actually not hungry at all right now.  Which is great, as I haven’t had a drink of Suero or water in over 90 minutes.  But that is the key to success… having access to water.  The more water you drink, the less suero you need.

A cleanse is really all about replacing water in your body.  So many people hear cleanse and think, weight loss!!  Well, according to my scale I was 194.5 lbs a few minutes ago.  About 2.5 lbs less than what it weighed me at Monday AM. But I can fluctuate 4 lbs a day, almost everyday, so I don’t give it any creed.

Cleansing isn’t about losing weight, though it is about making a space to allow for future weight loss.  Much like chiropractic, when done right, isn’t about feeling better, but rather making a space for future feeling better.  Overall health is so much more valuable than the moment, yet we are so caught up in the moment.  One thing I really like about this Suero Cleanse, is that it (like other fasts) makes you keep thinking beyond the moment.  You want to eat something, but you know the desire will pass, and you know the reward will come in the form of better health, greater self image, and eventually… food!

Even though I have had minimal weight change, I can tell I am much leaner right now than just two days ago, and this is the question that I want to bring up and answer.  If all I have done is drink, then have I lost “water weight” as they say?  What could possibly have changed in two days?  Well, yes… I have lost water weight.  The unhealthy water that has been sitting around in my tissues, known as “inflammation”.

We all have it at certain levels, and it increases and decreases based on all health measures.  So it is seemingly wise for me to eat nothing but Suero Viv once in awhile!  Cleaning out the house.  What a nice plan!  I realized (after I was into this more than 24 hours) that the last time I did a 3 Day fast (or greater) was about 5 years ago.  Man, that is WAY too long.  So I hope that once so many of you jump on this cleanse, that you will hold me responsible in the future.

So, back to the inflammation.  I held a nice workshop on it this evening, and in that , we really hit the need for good nutrition to drive anti-oxidants and in turn neutralize free radicals, thus reduce inflammation.  The cause of almost all chronic disease, inflammation.  This would be a pretty good time to go on a rant about the importance of eating good nutrition all the time, and once you have done that, to be sure you are taking juice plus as well.

REMINDER – 1 out of 2.5 people die from heart disease… PREVENTABLE.  1 out of 3 people die from cancer… PREVENTABLE.  Once you have either disease, it is harder to reverse it… easier to prevent it.  Your nutrition is right at the top along with nervous system function for what prevents it.  Nervous system function is your spine, but it is also your STRESS.  Stop it!

Inflammation in the arteries and veins is heart disease.  Inflammation along sensitive tissues for extended periods of time causes cancer (that is why the truth of the recent research suggesting all 40 year olds have malignant tumors is so easy to believe – we all have some cancer), and that cancer is either dealt with as inflammation, and mutated tissue that will be attacked by your immune system, or it jumps beyond that level to clinically relevant cancer.  Inflammation along the bronchioles is bronchitis, but if you add an element of exasperation to it (exercise, certain substances that you breathe), and now you have asthma.  Inflammation, inflammation, inflammation.

So why do I go hungry?  To reduce it, to restore function, and to reverse damage done.  Twice a year I hit a hard core detox of some kind, it has been far too long since the last fast.  Do you recall the application I have touted in the past?  You don’t need the app, as you can do all the work online right here at InflammationFactor.com.  You plug in the food, and you get the inflammation factor.

If you are dealing with sinus issues right now, you really should consider eating to a number of ZERO every day (the site will explain the details).  The point, avoid inflammation, and it starts with food, and it ends with food.  Yes, food will cause it first and foremost, and as you add the necessary nutrients, food will end it.  Which is why so many of you have found juice plus to be a solution, as well as a source of much of your nutrition.

I hope you will join me on the Suero Challenge, the walk has been fun for me and my household.  I will definitely do this cleanse again.  Its always interesting to go foodless, and use very moderate caloric intake to get by.  Today I was down to 560 calories in suero, and I had a pretty solid workout to boot!

Be well, and be blessed, may God illuminate the path that heals you!  – Dr. E

Optimal Health Through Nutrition

The Maximized Living way is wise.  Five Essentials of health, five pillars.  First, the most important piece, your nervous system.  It is hard to argue with the fact that your brain and spinal cord are most important, have you ever noticed how they are the only two organs encased in bone?  Definitely important.

Clean living is another of the five essentials.  One of the reasons why I am starting my Suero Cleanse today, is that clean living is important.  But there is a slight dichotomy here.  Detoxification and clean living aren’t the same thing.  Clean living is that thing that you do before, you need to cleanse.  Cleansing is that thing that you need to do because you aren’t living clean, or better said in our world it is what you do because you CANNOT truly live clean.  Not here.  So we cleanse.

An aside on that, the Suero Cleanse is not a strong detox that you will get sick from, it is a subtle enhancement to your cellular function, a way to boost natural detoxification without stripping toxins, but rather improving your ability to excrete them.  A great way to get healthier in three days, like I said, day one for me.

Lean muscle/increased oxygen to tissue is our third essential, and I simply want to say, it is impossible to be healthy without exercise.  This is a simple Biblical principal, that we were made to move.  God gave us movement, the ability to work hard, to run, to fight and to flee.  Don’t ignore your gifts, but rather trust in their purpose and develop them.

A healthy balanced mind is a critical essential of health.  We call it peaceful living or stress reduced living.  The point of it, is that you should not worry about anything.  And if you are a Christian like me, then you must be aware that worry is a sin according to Christ’s sermon on the mount in Matthew Chapter 6.  So of course, bad things will happen, but of course your response to those things should not be worry.  Live in peace.

And finally, the fifth essential, Good Nutrition.  Which brings me to the topic of my talk tomorrow night (here in the office at 6:45pm).  We are ramping up to the Total Food Makeover, and along the way we are getting clean with Suero Viv, and we are re-visiting the daily dietary requirements that you should have regarding your fruits and vegetables.  For those who have been through the first steps of our education, you know that the fruit intake needs to be limited and vegetables should be boosted.  The increased sugar of fruit intake can be significant, and have an impact on insulin responsiveness, thus feed the common sugar addiction of our culture.

Ten to thirteen servings of fruits and vegetables per day.  This is where my best recommendation falls, with a serving being equal to a full handful of raw veggies (heaping).   I would call a massive spinach salad with four different vegetables in it, 4 servings.  So 3 of those, every single day gets you there.  Yep.  I said every single day.   I hope you are already realizing how hard it is to get up to the total number of servings.

One important reason for this level of nutrition, is to reverse the effects of free radicals causing oxidative stress on the body.  This is the primary focus of our workshop tomorrow night.  Getting to the bottom of inflammation.  So, I hope you will see the value of adding the right nutrition to your life, and considering making a very focused effort on eating that way, as it will definitely pay dividends.

If you cannot get near this level of servings, then you should consider supplementing with whole food.  I will discuss the benefits of Juice Plus, or a close replacement, tomorrow night.  I hope you will join me for this peek into why it has become such a strong recommendation from my office.

Lastly – we ordered 6 more packages of the Suero Cleanse, you can reserve yours today in the office!  They will go quick, so feel free to use the link to go directly online and buy your cleanse for $54 plus shipping ($66).

Thanks for being willing to listen, to digest and to apply!  Be well and Be blessed!  – Dr. E

The 3 Day Suero Cleanse!

OK, I have been promising the cleanse, so here it is.  Everyone needs to do it.  OK, let me say it again, everyone needs to do it.  Why?  Why cleanse at all?  Why would you need to do this?  Seems crazy.  But lets look at this.

First off, are you toxic?  How could you be?  Where does it come from?  Well, we often talk about exogenous toxins in our Daily Sprouts, and in most of our workshops.  These are toxins that come from the outside in.  These are so prevalent in our environment in this current culture that is literally impossible for anyone who lives in our area, to not be loaded with daily toxin exposure,

External or exogenous toxins come from what we eat (every preservative, color, additive, altered proteins and fats, GMO foods, etc), what we breathe (chemical odors are toxins – you smell them by absorbing particles into your membranes of your nose), what we drink (again, same rules of eating, but do you know if your water is clean), and lastly what you absorb.  This one is a huge one that so many people ignore.  We purposefully avoid sunscreen during the spring and summer except for long duration exposure.  We spend much time working on building base tans so that we can avoid using any toxins… and we buy the really expensive low toxin sunscreen, and we still don’t like it.

Endogenous toxins, or internally created toxins, are not the great concern here, but it is important to pause here, because waste from cellular respiration is a normal part of body function, you wouldn’t think we could have a problem with this.  The problem comes from two causes, the first is that the detoxifying enzymes are under such great demand from external sources, that the internal needs are left un-resolved.

Now that we have understood the toxic load, lets understand the detoxifying process.  Cells detoxify through the liver, and through the flow of lymph to that liver.  The most important area of detoxification is the lymphatic system, which is dependent first and foremost by the hydration in your body.  And I don’t just mean having water or fluids, but rather to have mineral rich fluid.

As we support all seven areas of detoxification (not just the colon, the liver, etc), you will have a more unified and functional detoxifying system.  The skin, lungs, colon, liver, lymph, kidneys, and the fat cells all work to detoxify the body.  The goal is to get all of these systems working together.  Suero Viv provides the solution because of what it provides, and using it as a “fast” provides the opportunity to clean out the system.

The benefits of Suero Viv as a detoxifier lie in the perfect balance of sodium and postassium.  Sodium drives nutrients in, when too much sodium is present in the body, the nutrients are pulled in still, but the wastes are held in as well, causing swelling and a reduction in normal waste removal.  Waste is removed by potassium, which is why the balance of these two is so important.  This is why those of you who took the prior suero challenge felt so “hydrated” and have noticed a desire to use suero regularly.  You are feeding your ability to detox and hydrate!

So the program is THREE DAYS, NO food, and Three to Six bottles of Suero per day.  The three bottle version is for those who know you are insulin and leptin resistant, and are working through this.  Reducing total sugar load.  The six bottle version is for everyone else.

The image above is a clickable link to Jordan Rubin’s short workshop on the Suero Cleanse.  The image shows using 6 different bottles of Suero per day, and recommended times to do them.  This is a $60 detox basically, to accomplish it over 3 days.  Therefore in the world of detox, it is cheap.

The times listed as recommended for the six bottles, are 7:30am, 10am, 12:30pm, 2pm, 4pm and 7pm.  Why?  Simply to spread it out and keep hydration high throughout the day.  If you are going to do this with only three bottles, then you should drink the first one at the point in the day where you need something to sustain you (drink water as much as possible until this point).  Then drink the next one four hours later, then the third one at 7pm.

We have the stock to get you started with this cleanse, but if you want to order online, their are deals on these packages available right now!  Go to our Beyond Organic Site to order.  We will be honoring the price plus shipping for purchases of 18 botles of Suero Viv ($66.00).

Your time to do this is now.  It is August 24th, and we will be launching Total Food Makeover on Monday night September 24th at 6:45pm.  I would prefer you take this on at least two weeks before the TFM starts!

Be well, be blessed!  – Dr. E
