Straight 60 For Life

Many of you have read the RULES for the Straight 60.  And many of you have done it for 60 days, and many of you have wondered… what next?

Well here are your rules for the “Straight 60 For Life”.  Use these guidelines once you have healed your body, to maintain that healing for life!

The Simple Steps Once you have reviewed the first 60 Days –

60 Days For Life

PHASE 1

  • This PHASE from four weeks to forever.
  • All Straight 60 Rules Should be kept intact.
  • Eat no more than two servings every other day of FORBIDDEN FOODS, but keep them 4 hours apart.
  • The pattern should maintain a perfect day every other day.
  • Record everything you eat that is NOT approved, and the time it was eaten.
  • Foods to avoid:
    • Foods that combine high levels of glycemic load, with high levels of glycemic load. Cake and cookies.  Grains with sweet fillings, like donuts.  Hard Candy.

 

PHASE 2

  • This PHASE from two weeks to forever.
  • Fruits are no longer limited, but limit consumption to no more than three servings a day.
  • Of the FORBIDDEN FOODS, eat up to 1 every day, and 2 every other day. On the days of two, keep them four hours apart.
  • Record everything you eat that is NOT approved, and the time it was eaten.

 

 

PHASE 3 – For Life

  • This PHASE from two weeks to forever.
  • Same rules stay intact from PHASE 2 except we add new ones.
  • Add a Sweet Potato two times a week.
  • You can bring a daily grain into your diet, one serving, and not count it as one of your FORBIDDEN FOODS.
  • This phase should be begun when you are at your goal.

 

 

FIXING A BAD DAY

You’ll find that carbohydrate demands carbohydrate.  You’ll want more and more.  If you have a BAD DAY, you are best trying to stuff yourself with the appropriate foods the following day.  This is because the hunger from eating too many carbs will often make you falter.  Remember that you can stay the path by eating the right foods.  The following day, you should consider eating very little.

 

Intermittent Fasting

Try fasting once a week.  Last food at 9pm the night before, then eat again at 4pm that day.  It will assist you in controlling food desires.

 

Supplementation

Appropriate Ongoing Supplementation:

Max Living Protein Daily

Omega 3 – If I eat 15 Grams of ALA (nut and seed and grass fed dairy source), then no supplementation.  Below that, simply take between 2-5 grams a day.
13 Servings of fruit and vegetables per day – take one juice plus capsule per serving shy.  I average 4 supplemented servings a day, up to 10, as low as zero.
Vitamin D3 – 30 minutes of sun on the arms and head in the summer, up to 90 minutes in the winter.  3-10,000 units to make up the difference.
Daily Cleanse regardless of the day (something to support your detoxification – Genesis Pure)

Suero Viv Cleanse one time a month or as little as two times a year.
Genesis Pure 7 Day Cleanse 1-12 times a year.
Daily Detox one time a year for three months straight (Maximized Living).
