30 Minute Consult with Dr. Eric – specific hormone review. You will need a blood test prior to this consult. Testing will range from $100-$400. Consult is $100 ($200 value)
High Hampton Retreat – October 7-10, travel to the High Hampton Inn with Dr. Eric for a wellness retreat ($240/night – includes all meals and spa treatments, and continuing workshops) – see the schedule HERE, or reserve with High Hampton HERE.

All Workshops, which will be offered multiple times at different locations, including DAYTIME workshops! In addition, the shopping excursions are included. There is a facebook page that will also be the focal point of information dissemination, and will provide a place for a facebook group to grow from so that you can communicate with others in the turnaround.
Movie Nights – Sick, Fat and Nearly Dead, Food Inc., Food Matters will all be offered at different times throughout the turnaround. Invite friends to these events.
