Here’s a great workout for you to try. I did this in my hotel room when I was in Disney a few weeks ago. Its simple, effective, requires little time and space, and pretty much anyone can do it. 50 push-ups 50 sit-ups 50 squats 50 burpees do it all as fast as you can.
