If you bought beef with a use or freeze by date of August 12, you need to take it back. Â This would be beef bought from Publix, Kroger or possibly some other local stores. Â The concern is E-Coli; which by the way, is practically impossible to grow in grass fed beef. Â Yes, it is interesting but true that the risk of e-coli in grass fed is so low that it is considered impossible. Â Which is why my burgers this weekend that I prepared were all Medium Rare! Â Whooo Hooo!
