The Arsenic is STILL in the Poultry!
I have been “preaching” for years NOT to eat conventionally raised chicken. Conventional means ANYTHING besides organic. So… natural, greenwise, super duper clean… whatever the label, if not ORGANIC, don’t eat it if you care about your health.
This of course includes chicken from Chick-fil-a, a grilled chicken salad at a nice restaurant, or a chicken breast at Nikolai’s Roof in downtown Atlanta for $50 for the a-la carte breast. And the reason why I have been preaching this, is because the chicken feed has been laden with arsenic for years. Purposefully placed in order to accomplish a number of tasks:

Later, as feed sellers saw the desire for chicken producers to add these drugs (yeah, they are actually considered drugs by the FDA), they saw opportunity in adding them early, which gave them an area to both profit in, as well as a way to protect feed from infestation. Over time, multiple drugs have been introduced to the market. And very recently, many have been taken off the market. Except one.
I had a patient who mentioned that they read that the drugs had been banned now. So I went digging, and she was correct, except for the one drug that is still on the market. The one that is now the only one being sold, and it is being sold at high levels. Pfizer owns this last drug, Nitarsone, and has complete control of this market currently. The good news, is that the FDA’s removal of three of these drugs, makes it seem more imminent that the fourth could be removed. But in the meantime, if you know anybody who eats chicken, that is not organic, on a regular basis… and if they develop cancer. You can point a finger in the direction of our country’s chicken feed policy. Which leads me to an aside.
When someone comes to me and says, “I just found out that so and so has cancer”, I am rarely surprised. At this point, I realize that we have all done, and are probably doing things to kill ourselves, that we don’t even realize. This is one of the reasons why I wrote the Daily Sprout on Juice Plus the other day. The point made by the WebMD author – “Consume as many antioxidants as you can, because we don’t know enough about the damaging effect of the free radicals.”
I guess my point is this. If you are buying from GNC, then you are probably taking a supplement that adds free radicals into your body, in the name of health. If you are buying garbage from your grocery store, or from a discount club (costco, BJ’s), then you are buying garbage, and likely putting free radicals into your body.
Add the arsenic in the chicken, and the pesticides in your vegetables, and fruits… and before you know it, you are a cancerous risk walking around without a clue. Get a clue. Pay attention to the truth. I write with direct blunt truth, because I care.

The Power of Whole Food VS Supplement
Juice Plus. Sometimes it seems like people just sell what they sell, and they don’t pursue truth. Well, it seems that way all the time in the world of marketing that we live in. But when it comes to health, well… there is a more important attention to detail, as being right could save a life, and being wrong to take one.
To live longer, take less supplements – this was the title of one of our daily sprout articles, long before we sold juice plus, or had a serious distinction between good and bad supplements. This was a great time for us, because we had a lot to learn, and we were doing it everyday. The article had stemmed from a report we saw that basically said supplements were bad.
The report was focused on the toxic load of the average OTC supplement. With dangerous fillers, and ingredients that were there for no real apparent reason. When we got into the study a little deeper, we started seeing reports of arsenic, BPA and other toxins in the supplements. This was enough to solidify the claim that some companies have false missions in the health world. Well duh, of course they do.
So we were on a mission to get smarter, and go deeper into the supplement world. We learned a lot. I used to advise people take high doses of specific supplements. And some people got well, and many got nowhere. Why? Well, the deficiency was there. The individual needed the vitamin or mineral. But the deficiency was not as isolated as we thought. Meaning, there wasn’t just a need for vitamin X, but there was a need for the host enzymes and co-enzymes that are present in the whole food, that break down and utilize vitamin X.
In other words, we began to see the evidence of God’s perfect package. The egg that needs the yolk to be eaten to digest the protein in the white. The apple with all of its ingredients that help to assimilate the apple so that you can gain health. You see, the whole food, IS the perfect package.
Hence we jumped on board with the Juice Plus train, but not until we confirmed its truth. We wanted to know the truth. We wanted to be confident that the story would stick. So I read the research, and this is why I started my family on it, and why I have kept it going with all of us to the level that we do.
Oxidative stress – the damage done to the body from all sorts of stresses that has been implicated in causing cancer, heart disease and other disease processes. AKA – Free Radicals. Open Box Health – What A Concept!
Four or so years ago, we began the promotion of an idea. An ideal actually. The ideal of perfectly laying your health decisions out at the feet of God. We started this group, as an organization of patients willing to take our message of the five essentials of health, into the community, to help educate and restore health where it is absent.
The ideal of the name – let God out of the box when it comes to your health. A simple yet brilliant thought process, not one that we made up, but that we adopted for health. You see. Most spend their lives running around utilizing God as they would deem appropriate for them. Even the atheists, when presented with certain death, will tug on the mercy of God asking for salvation. Worse however, is the believer, the one who supposedly puts faith in their God for health. But when the road gets bumpy, they immediately reach towards man first.
Another way to look at it, you reach towards man well before the bumpy road. And with this I will share my belief. Much like I have said that I am not 100% against medications, just the inappropriate use that runs our country. So if we are going to be hopeful of living a life as free of meds as possible, then we need to lean into God’s foundational principles of health BEFORE the bumpy road arrives.
What are you eating, today. What are you doing to keep your system clean, today, what are you going to do to promote oxygen into your tissues today? That should sound like exercise mind you. How about building peace and reducing stress, and have you considered the frame as a whole, and how it effects your spine, and thus your nervous system? Today?
Being mindful of your choices on a daily basis is the key to achieving success. You see, you cannot undo the past. Sadly, this is where I have my primary concerns. During my time playing hockey at The University of Buffalo, I was heavily self medicated. I had major issues with “lace bite” for my last two seasons. Pain so bad across the front of the foot, that I had to put an inch of foam between my ankle and the tongue of my skate. Which wasn’t enough, so at times I would take ibuprofen horse pills to get through. 1600 mg.
Makes me wonder today, if I damaged my liver in ways that I might not know, until some time in the future. Which only strengthens my urgency for wellness now. God has provided a script for good health, it is His way, and it trusts in the body He made. If you don’t believe in the infinite miraculous healing of your body, then you will live without intention. You will have a cynical view of the cancer risk that surrounds you, and you will always jump to follow man’s limited advice.
Support the ability of the human frame to be awesome, and to be a healing furnace. And you will find joy in what has been created for you.

Really… Cholesterol? Come on, take a look around you…
CDC reports say we are somewhere between 860,000 and 880,000 deaths per year due to cardiovascular concerns. A number that has risen steadily since 1987. 1987. Why would I pick 1987? The year the first statin drug came on the market. Mevacor. According to a new Time magazine article, a new standard for cholesterol drug prescriptions will come out, and will put 13 Million more Americans in the “acceptable” range for statin drugs.
Garbage like this is what fires me up the most:
Most of the newly eligible — 10.4 million — would be those who have not had any history of heart disease, but would be advised to take the drugs to prevent a future heart attack…
But because the new criteria are less specific to plaque buildup in the heart arteries that can lead to heart attacks, the group also includes people who may not be at significantly greater risk of developing heart problems at all, but end up getting overtreated.
My point is this, if statins were actually the answer to this heart disease problem, then we would be making a dent in the problem already. But instead, we have made NO dent, we only have issues. Growing issues with people having muscle pains, major nausea, neurological symptoms and liver problems. And the whole while there has been NO decrease in heart disease deaths. No reduction in rate of occurrence, or total deaths.
If anything, the ONLY positive change in heart disease, is that less die from the first heart attack because there are more AED devices around, and more and more people are buying them for home now, like this $800 Phillips version.
This great 700 Club, news piece is exactly what we have been saying for years. That Cholesterol is not the issue, but the issue is inflammation. They so correctly point out that just because cholesterol is a component of plaque, doesn’t mean it is the problem.
I honestly don’t understand why people believe so strongly that cholesterol is bad. Other than being told by a marketing company, there has been no evidence to support that.
Seriously, we have been told a bunch of lies, and we as a people are blindly following it. This has to stop. If you are on cholesterol meds, you need to open your eyes, watch this video, read the book “The Cholesterol Conspiracy”, look up the 200+ medical journal references in that book to build your belief, and then get off the stupid useless meds. (you can borrow the audio CD version of that book in office… speaking of that, if you have a copy and haven’t returned it, we’ll need it)
The news piece does a great job of explaining why we have taken such a bad turn in the last few years as well. The ultimate culprit is that we have exchanged fat for sugar. The idea that fat makes you fat is dead people. Read a research article, or 2,000. The only people telling you to eat low fat are the food producers who don’t want to have to re-task their manufacturing process to include fat.
Seriously – I hate CHOBANI… and I am a guy who stands for love. But over the last two years, I have found myself getting to a place where I have such a dislike for this company that is ruining the health of America. Pushing you into a yogurt world, but a yogurt of literally no value. So few probiotics that you would be better off with the probiotics in one bite of a ripe banana.
My point is that culture has really messed us up. We are a disaster when it comes to our understanding of fat, sugar and cholesterol. I don’t want to just re-iterate the 700 Club news reel, so you need to watch it. Meaning you need to go online to see this sprout, and click on the image to go to the video. It is worth your time.
But… I need to leave you a few good nuggets. There is a medical doctor who explains her familial cholesterol is exceptionally high, but they don’t treat it, because they trust it. She references a 97 year old with a lifetime 300+ cholesterol number. Do you think she lives in fear? Do you think she is fighting to control every last but of her cholesterol? No, not a worry at all. In addition, they do a great job of pushing inflammation into the spotlight. Funny, I just had a workshop on that last week. What do you know.
And lastly, they push the fatty diet. The one that I teach to everyone in the 60 Day Turnaround. Please, please, please…. stop talking about eating low fat. You are killing me as I repeatedly try to drive home the same message. No fat concerns… please!

Changing your Children’s Lives
Kids who KNOW can make wise decisions, kids who don’t have NO hope. Teach your children how to be healthy, and let them make wise decisions, even amid their bad ones.

Although trans fats are edible, consumption of trans fats increases the risk of coronary heart disease[2][3] by raising levels of the lipoprotein LDL (so-called “bad cholesterol”) and lowering levels of the lipoprotein HDL (“good cholesterol”).[4] The United States FDA has issued a preliminary determination that partially hydrogenated oils (which contain trans fats) are not “generally recognized as safe”, which is expected to lead to a ban on industrially produced trans fats from the American diet.[16] In other countries, there are legal limits to trans fat content.
My Daughter Ansley had a soccer game this weekend. After the game, the “snacks” were passed out. She had a choice of a juice box that was 50 total grams of sugar for the “pouch”… 6 grams more than the 44 gram can of coca cola that she has never had. And her dry snack was either some kind of Nutter Butter thingy, or a package of cookies. Both packages I glanced quickly from afar, expecting trans fats in both (even though I saw the ZERO GRAMS of TRANS FAT marketing label on the front). Sure enough, both had partially hydrogenated oil. Which means both had the chemical that Wikipedia tells us is listed as unsafe by the FDA, it is banned in other countries, and limited in most, and will someday be banned here in the USA. So. What would you do? We went out and got ice cream. Only 20 grams of total sugar for the serving, with a lower glycemic load, and no high fructose corn syrup or trans fats. One reason why you should try spending more time with me during a 60 Day Turnaround.
The best part of all of this, I let her know why. I explained it. Does she grasp it all, no, not yet. But at 9 years old, I know my daughter Brooke could probably teach many of you A LOT about nutrition. And in such knowledge, she can make wise choices for herself.
My question for the day, how do you educate your children about chiropractic? Your nervous system is the most important aspect of health. Do your kids think we are “making their back feel better”? I understand, I’m not full of myself or what we do when it comes to chiropractic. You have all heard me say “I wish chiropractors knew how to heal… anything”, but we don’t. We only help to insure that the reality of your function, is moving towards optimal, and in so doing, hope… simply hope… to assist your body in being better at healing.
I think your children should understand the gravity of this statement. Their lives will be bombarded with choices about medication, and chemical assistance. Shouldn’t they have an understanding that you do what you do, that you choose to bring them to our office, because you want to protect them from developing with issues that could get in the way of their function and healing? The reason why this is so critical is because of this statement:
If you raise your child thinking that it is ok to take a drug for anything, what makes you think that they won’t take a drug for anything?
Is this the message you want to send to your kids?
You see, your kids become healthier for the future, right now. With the habits that they build now, and the knowledge that you share. If you don’t take some kind of stand, they won’t. If you think that I am too critical, then explain away the fact that 7/8 of our country is dying from heart disease, cancer and diabetes. And tell me that your children will somehow avoid being in the statistics. I see this as an all out war with the cultural mess we have.
Thank you Christ for first going into culture, ripping it to shreds, while loving everyone it it. I will choose to TRY to do the same. And I will surely fall short of my goal, but I will at least leave an imprint somewhere. Somehow. Not the least of which will be my kids.

Workout of The Week
Its time once again to push you out of your comfort zone, and get into the zone where you feel pain from your work. We did a T-Shirt for our very first XY Garage Games competition (a comp with male/female two person teams). We had a great slogan on the back of the shirt… Unity through Pain.
This simple statement was the underlying statement of all that has become of the Team competitions in The Garage Games series. That joining individuals together, and putting them through pain, is the thing that has driven unity among them. The community is strong, the culture is strong, because when like minded individuals get together, great things happen.
I have always reminded, there are FIVE ESSENTIALS of health, and fitness is only one. But it is the one that ties people together more than any of the other five. I’ll be a CrossFitter for life. So lets gain some of that advantage right here in our office!
This week, we are pushing you to do a series of jumps combined with other movements. If you have issues with your knees, then the jumps will become squats to the depth you can handle.
In Eight Minutes, you will do as many reps as possible, counting by rounds.
10 Burpee Broad Jumps (drop into a burpee – chest to the floor – come up to two feet then jump as far as you can from two feet, landing on two feet).
5 Sit-ups
10 Squat Jumps – jump from a squat to a high jump
5 Push – Ups
10 jumping jacks (classic jumping)
5 Supermen (lying on your stomach, squeeze your back to raise your torso and legs off the ground)
10 Lateral Jumps (two feet together, jump side to side)
5 V-Ups (harder than a sit-up – reach towards your feet while bringing your legs straight up off the ground)
Repeat.
You have 8 minutes to go through this as many times as possible, accumulating as many reps as possible. I hope your question is, “how can eight minutes be enough?”
The answer is that the total power output of the aerobic system is very low compared to the anaerobic system. So when everything on the left of this graph has run out, you are utilizing the right. And if you push yourself super hard while using the energy systems on the right, you are making further cardio gains than you ever could doing an hour of cardio. Hope it makes sense, if it doesn’t. Read it and look at it again. Think it through.
Short duration high intensity is the answer. So when my average workout of 10 minutes, gets me through 10-30 hour adventure races, I stopped asking if it was enough.

Gluten, Gluten and More Gluten
Furthermore on Gluten – This is me posting a Scientific American article on Gluten in response to my article from Monday. So if you are looking to get wise on this, read whatever you can. I say this, because we are all interested in the reality of the concerns of gluten, but we are not so blind to think that gluten just decided to become bad all of a sudden.
A good friend posted an article on my page in response to my article titled “Gluten is Good For you but Monsanto is death“. The article she posted is one that demonstrates how gliadin, which is the component of gluten that is implicated for the sensitivity issues in most people, has been correlated with zonulin release, which is what opens up the gut to let all the fantastic particulate matter into your bloodstream that doesn’t belong there.
Well, yep, we’re aware. But the reality still exists, that this crap never happened before. So what is causing it? Is it roundup? Is it some other intestinal permeability that initiates this gluten damaging response?
I have written articles where I demonstrate the very possible situation of vaccinations causing the gluten, peanut, egg, tree nut, etc, etc, etc allergy issues of today, thanks to the use of adjuvants to drive the reaction of these vaccinations.
My point is, in the end, gluten isn’t all of a sudden good for us. But it is all of a sudden, time to stop pointing fingers at what where fine molecules, and start questioning why they have become bad. And do something. Man, if we keep this up, we will back ourselves into such a tiny corner of acceptable foods, that we’ll all starve, and the reality is we are the cause of being backed into the corner.
When Ephesians says the sins of the father will be passed down to the 4th and 5th generations… I tend to believe it. I believe it is a reference to genetic transcription, meaning how we write our mistakes into the DNA of our kids, their kids, their kids and theirs. And I believe this has actually been scientifically correlated multiple times. By the way, that is a bit of a Biblical paraphrase above… no angry emails later please.
So I want to give you some excerpts from this Scientific American article, and then please click over to read the rest. This article is pointing out that many people might not be gluten sensitive, but be affected by something else in the wheat, meaning another protein. Well, Dr. Seneff from MIT believes that it is the toxic chemicals that exist on wheat, that have become part of it… hmmm, I wonder when we’ll know. But for now, I think being wise in your limitaiton or elimination of many processed wheat products is the first step to get well from it. So go after it, and be open to change! No Piece of Cake
Despite the recent evidence that wheat sensitivities are more numerous and varied than previously realized, research has also revealed that many people who think they have such reactions do not. In a 2010 study, only 12 of 32 individuals who said they felt better on a diet that excluded gluten or other wheat proteins actually had an adverse reaction to those molecules. “Thus, about 60 percent of the patients underwent an elimination diet without any real reason,” notes study author Antonio Carroccio of the University of Palermo in Italy.
Nevertheless, uncovering nongluten agitators of illness will give doctors a more precise way to diagnose grain sensitivities and help people avoid certain foods. Researchers could, for example, design blood tests to look for antibodies that bind to various short chains of amino acids or proteins such as wheat germ agglutinin, explains Umberto Volta, a gastroenterologist at the University of Bologna in Italy. And some scientists think ongoing research will eventually yield new therapies. “If we know what triggers the immune system, we hope we can switch the system off and cure the disease,” says Roberto Chignola of the University of Verona in Italy.
Personally, I suspect that something besides gluten might trigger my own symptoms. On occasion, I have tried gluten-free grain-based products such as beer made from barley from which the gluten has been extracted. Every time my headaches came roaring back with a vengeance (far sooner than any hangover might have struck), making me all the more suspicious that gluten is not the root of my troubles.

Gluten is good for you, but Mansanto is death
Well perhaps Gluten isn’t good for you, but it probably isn’t as bad as most think these days. As I was lecturing last Thursday night, I felt like I needed to dig into this new discovery and see what we could learn. The discovery, is a bit of research discovered by Stephanie Seneff PhD, a senior research scientist at MIT. Her research has been most commonly found at the intersection of computers an biology. Her prior accomplishment in the world that I pay attention to, was done in her work on the role in statin drugs tying to Alzheimer’s Disease. As far as I am concerned, she is a genius.
Her most recent research is also deserving of hanging a plaque on the wall, though it is likely a decade from being truly complete. She has however found a very real and disconcerting association between the molecule glyphosate and the damage that seems to be done due to gluten. Now, before we get too far into this current research, we should set the tone for why we are looking at this.
Gluten sensitivity has become one of the buzz words of modern day life, as you now find a GF friendly menu in many restaurants (gluten free). We know according to research, gluten is an inflammatory molecule in just about everyone’s intestinal lining; one of many proteins known as lectins, which tend to be on the inflammatory side. In addition, we know in some people, gluten drives an auto immune response of the worst kind, and these people are classified as having celiac disease.
A couple of things we also know, which I have always used as a defense against the anti-wheat world. First, the consumption of wheat is Biblical, so it seems odd that this molecule that is present naturally in wheat would be so bad, so our arguments for why gluten is a concern have centered around these three concerns:
- With the increase in processing technology, we have made it increasingly easier to consume grain products, so eating crackers, cookies, breads, bagels, donuts, tortillas, pretzels, pancakes, rolls and biscuits have become a part of not just daily life, but of nearly every meal or snack. This is too much.
- Chemical consumption has created leaky gut syndromes that allow gluten and other undigested proteins to pass into the blood stream, thus spur an attack from the immune system.
- Grains have been altered over centuries, changing the ability of the body to deal with all components, thus making the inflammatory proteins more likely to be damaging.
The interesting thing about what we have been teaching, is that this new article seems to support all of it to some extent. If you check out the MIT bio for this educator, you will see her other recent works. But lets get into this one and see what we can gain. First off, this is an all out attack on Monsanto. I believe this company has simply failed to realize the devastation they are creating, because of the profits they are gaining. They are like a Pharisee/Sadducee quickly pushing Christ to the cross out of a protection of power. Monsanto has the same commitment to their policies.
They will use their pledge as a wall to hind behind, telling the world on one hand that 9 billion people are going to walk this earth by 2050, and that they are going to save them, then on the other hand, they will ignore the destruction of health that comes at their fingertips, because “we simply need more food” to feed all these people. Who cares of its quality.

Ugh – Gag, Gag, Gag. So lets get to the heart of the matter – we can trust this science to have very good basis, but we aren’t far enough along yet to say without question that Monsanto has been the most important factor in making point number 2 above, the problem. Time will perhaps tell… or money will make it impossible for us to tell, one of the two.
The article, full article that is, can be reached by clicking HERE. In this article, you can see the simple method in which Glyphosate (one of the main chemical components of Round-up – Monsanto’s miracle herbicide), inhibits the normal function of Cytochrome P450. An enzyme that is involved in many of the body’s normal detoxification functions, as well as other functions that range all over the board, as these enzymes direct breakdown of many, many substances in the body.
Thus, glyphosate enhances the damaging effects of other food borne chemical residues and environmental toxins… (it) manifests slowly over time as inflammation damages cellular systems throughout the body. Here, we show how (this mechanism creates) consequences (that represent) most of the diseases and conditions associated with a Western diet, which include gastrointestinal disorders, obesity, diabetes, heart disease, depression, autism, infertility, cancer and Alzheimer’s disease. We explain the documented effects of glyphosate and its ability to induce (these) diseases, and we show that glyphosate is the “textbook example” of… the disruption of homeostasis by environmental toxins.
And sure enough, the article does just that. And along the way, it opens up a very real argument, that gluten, as well as a host of other lectins (small inflammatory proteins in foods such as legumes, grains, and dairy – casein), might really have such minimal effect on an individual with a completely healthy gut, that there would be no reason to avoid them.
I guess I need to stop and question… why else have these molecules of inflammation come out of the woodwork in the last decade – peanuts, gluten, casein, egg protein… and even more. The Daily Sprout with no real purpose, intent, or direction.
Sometimes I need to write just to write. Many times when I feel this way, I dig a name for the Sprout out of the ashes. But I felt like it was better to let this one live with no name. So before I get into talking about the no specific yet valuable dribble that I have planned, let me tell you about our workshop last night.
Bread Beckers has a great setup for teaching. A full teaching kitchen, TV screen overhead, ceiling mounted camera to record. Its a pretty awesome setup. It was enjoyable to teach the five essentials of health to many newcomers. Individuals who aren’t patients, but much like many of you, do not have a clear grasp of the five essentials of health.
Nutrition, spinal health/maximized nervous system, reduced toxins, increased lean muscle and oxygen, and mental peace.
I wish I could go back and put many more of you in the seats to listen to the message. I often find myself thinking of specific patients when I am in the middle of a talk. I bring up a story of a patient with cancer, then I think of another patient with cancer who I think could be that same story. Or I tell the story of someone who was faced with a new diganosis of heart disease, when out of the blue it happened upon them. Then I wonder about who the next person might be to develop a heart disease diagnosis. The next person who will then say “oh no, I can’t believe it” and with that oh no they will run to a pill. And become another member of the over-drugged but still hopeless because drugs don’t heal, population.
I am involved with a podcast on The Garage Games channel. I find that we are educating many on the understanding that fitness and health are non-synonymous. That we are in a battle over the different health disciplines wanting to “OWN” health. On one side we have the medical model launching a united attack against all other mentality, that drugs are the winner. That modern science will heal you. Meanwhile, as people become more and more diseased, the true defenders of health, are battling with each other over what’s more important.
I honestly dislike the naturopath method so much, that I wanted to keep my wife from utilizing them for her lyme disease treatment. But we need testing, and that is a faster way to go about it, then me trying to order it, then find someone to draw blood for us. But the reason why I dislike it so much, is that it is such a fear based model of health. Everything is inside out, and none of it is honoring of the self healing body that God made. Now I say all that, but it is better to consider bringing non-chemical herbals in, than drugs. But it still doesn’t line up with the principle that you were made self healing. So it has to be taken with a grain of salt.
Remember – I speak from the history of 500 people a week for a decade telling me their stories. So when someone runs off to an MD, or to “Progressive Medical Center”, and comes back telling me, “I’ve got it, I’ve got it!! They figured me out!! I just need to take this supplement regime for five weeks, this one for eight, and this for the rest of my life and I’ll be fixed!”
All I think of, are Suzy, and Billy, and Johnny, and Jimmy and Sally and Debbie who all said the same thing before you, and who all became jaded after twelve months, ten thousand dollars, and no improvement. Stop your lack of patience. Stay the course, shun the culture, get on board with the essentials, and let your healing begin. So what if it takes three years. If in three years you are healthier than you have ever been, three years will seem like an overnight.
OK, I think we got it covered for now. 1:30am, I took some time to focus on some important ideas tonight, read a little in other people’s blog posts along the way, and surely see the path towards health clearly at this moment. Be well and Be Blessed!
